I recorded from an HD channel, how can i play the file on my PC ? and how to convert .rec to .mpeg or .avi ? i tried DVR-studio a previous version (1.57 i think) but it didn't work

Guten Morgen :) How can i transfer the files i recorded to my PC ? is there a program like altair for 7710HDPVR ? -- Another thing .. It tells me that i can't record in time shift mode! (when i rewind) what's the benefit of the receiver then if it can't do the 2 things i'm looking for ??? i bought i...
