Hello,
Taptodate can update it's database and I can start downloads, but they all end up in "Download failed".

My server is set to: ttd.tms-taps.net

No problem here. You could try to set both DNS entries to the Google DNS servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. But then I need to see the log to find out where it fails.
