i´m using your program for a while and it works fine. I appreciate any proceed in this tap, because it´s VERY usefull. For me it would be a big advantage if it would be possible to programm a different timer every day of the week. Because then i could set the decrypting times to times when i´m not at home. And that differs in the week. And sometimes i would like to record a film late in the night, maybe while sfastcopy would decrypt it.. But in the last weeks premiere changes the decrypting key very fast, so if i do not decrypt the film in the next 12h after recording, it cannot be decrypted any more and is lost !! It should just be possible to programm a timer with a special name, for example "sfast" or maybe a unused channel can be named "sfast".

Be aware... this is a TESTVERSION....

This version is compatible with TSR-commander and has a possiblilty to switch the exit-key off.
Please test .... I am not a frequent TSR-commander user... so I don't know exactly what to expect .... ops:

TSR-Commander works very well.

There is still another problem that sometimes the Topi does not switch off. The copy does not become finished. You is the problem well-known?

If you set the DisableExitKey to 1 and then press the Exit key you still get the SfastCopy Menu. It seems not to work as expected.

Fahre am Wochenende weg ... deshalb an euch ein paar Klärungsfragen an alle:

Betrifft: Beta 7 RC2

also von der Funktion und den Timern funktioniert bei mir alles soweit zufriedenstellend:


Positiv:

1. Programmierung mit Timer funktioniert
2. MOVE Funktion funktioniert
3. TSR Commander funktioniert
4. Abschaltung nachdem fertig ... funktioniert

was mir aber Probleme bereitet:

ich hatte jetzt wiederholt nach der erfolgreichen KOPIE ... gelbe $ Zeichen
( habe ich im Moment übrigens auch beim manuellen Kopieren )

--> d.h. er würde Versuchen diese beim nächsten durchlauf nochmal zu kopieren --- ODER ????

deshalb meine Fragen:

1. ist es möglich mit einem TAP z.B. alles Files die ein COPY im Namen haben automatisch auf $ grün zu setzen

2. eine ander Möglichkeit wäre doch alle Kopierten Files in ein Unterverzeichnis zu verschieben ... könnte ich das schon mit AutoMove realisieren ... sollte gehen oder !?!

3. was schreibt Sfastcopy in den Kopie Namen wenn die Aufnahme nicht fertig kopiert werden konnte ....

4. Ich wünschte mir einen 2ten Kopie Timer ( Innerhalb einer gewissen Zeit (von 24 Stunden )) um eventuell nicht fertig gestellte Kopien nochmal zu starten ....
bzw. ist es nich möglich das TAP so zu Programmieren, daß immer wenn ein P Timer "Sfastcopy" erstellt wird ... dieser dann automatisch Sfascopy aktiviert

SFastcopy doesn't check the result (hmmm optie should be there) and normally be renamed\moved. The next time it is not copied.

Why should you want to do that? If files are not proper decoded then it isn't clear which files are decoded and which are not....

Perhaps a check of the decode-process is proper ended... and if not.... move it to a not-decoded directory.

If it is interrupted noting is changed... if ended but not proper decoded the file is move\renamed...

OK ... this time i will try in english:

the newest version works very well ... but there are still two Problems:


1. the topfield $ sign for a COPIED File does sometimes not change from yellow to green
( but it's 100 % copied OK )

so sfastcopy tries to COPY it again next time ...

IF sfastcopy would MOVE the COPIED File to another DIRECTORY , this would solve the Problem

2. Sometimes the P - Timer to start SFASTCOPY is not enouph to COPY all Files ...
because sometimes a new REC starts ...

but the Files from Premiere should be copied within 20 hours ... so a second P - Timer to start Sfastcopy twice within 20 hours would be great

Yesterday I've got a problem: the copied file wasn't decrypted but copied and the origin file was deleted.

How could this happen.

This would be a good idea indeed.

The problem with having only one sFastcopy Timer is that you you could have a record which can't be discrambled anymore because too much time have transcurred.

Therefore having two sFastcopy timers (e.g. one every 12 hours) would solve this problem.

I have an issue with the rename function. Although I use the following setting (RenameToOrgName=1), each copied file gets an extra (-copy) as an addendum to the original name. The original file is however correctly moved to the Folder "copied".
