Receiver lost his datas

Hey,
in the last time my receiver (TF5000PVR-DVB-S-250GB; Lieferschein: 616822704; Kommibeleg: 0729Z-0010; Artikel:99901526) looses its datas. In the display there is only "...." and all program-datas are lost. In this situation the system-datas are lost, too. In order to start the receiver it is necessary to load the saved files from my laptop.
What is the problem? Is the Topfield out of order and it is necessary to change the receiver regarding the guarantee?
Please answer me what I have to do.
