Hallo.
I have a TF5000CI with the last firmware (TF5000CI-EU-Topfield-Sys_1501-2005Aug25.tfd; System ID : 1501; Loader Version : L1.12; Device Version : v5.0.72; Application Version : TF-ESCI 5.05.57; Last Update : Aug 25 2005).
I want to warn about a bug on the channel list appearing after pressing OK. The symbol $ indicating the scrambled channels doesn't disappear when a channel goes back FTA though I select the channel so to allow the update (i.e. RAI channels).
I also want to warn about some dirty character that sometimes appears when using EPG on Swiss channels or BBC Prime. It looks like an initialization problem.
Thanks
Tf5000ci
Thank you for answer.
About the $ symbol, I have to add that other receivers have different behaviour. They switch off the $ symbol after ending of the scrambling program. Only my TF5000CI doesn't switch off it. If possible for you, try on a scrambled RAI channel.
About "dirty character" I mean some unreadable symbol non connected to the text which it is inside. I have also to clarify that this problem occurs watching at the text describing the program (full description) when this text is shorter than the one watched before in BBC Prime or Swiss tv.
