PVR5000-problem receiving BBCi

Dear All,

I have recently purchased the PVR 5000 loaded with the May 19 2004 firmware. Through Astra 2B (12441V 27500 2/3) I was able to receive the BBC interactive streams 1 through 7.

However as I was facing problems with the recording of a number of encrypted services I decided to upgrade to the latest firmware, being the one of last July.

The result was that one the one hand all problems having to do with the recording function were resolved, however at the same time the BBCi channels were showing me a "black screen" !

I tried to delete the services (which as I mentioned above had been tuned when the May 2004 firmware was installed) and rescan the channels. The result was that the tuner could no longer find these channels !

I then replaced the July 2006 with back again the May 2004 firmware just to see.....that the services had reappeared.

Does anyone have any idea of how can I solve this problem ?
