I have a question: will cyrillic characters displayed in EPG, when watching 36E russian NTV+?

As in the other board:

I think not. It's the same problem with EPG from Greek stations and also with Teletext from countries with non-latin characters.

I think the receiver needs special EPG/TT characters sets that "west-european" receivers do not have.

Hello,

a Topfield 5500 can display cyrillic characters on the VF-Display using the TAP NiceDisplay.



I think Cyrillic OSD is available, as the character set switches, when the language is changed in the menu.
