TF 5000 CI Plus clock

Sorry that I write in English, my German is not that good.

I own a month now a TF 5000 CI plus. But I have the following problem.

When the tuner is at standby, the clock at the front display sometimes has strange values.
Yesterday evening at 00.01 hour, the clock vlaue was 10.42 hours. While at 15.00 the clock was still okay.

This is a problem when I want to program the timer.

I have the firmware from July 31. I live in Holland and my dealer says that it is the latest firmwar for that tuner.

Does somebody recognises this problem ?

Have you already unplugged from electricity for a minute? This often helps. If the problem goes on, we shall see for another solution.

Hello,

Yes, I already tried this. My dealer also flashed the same firmware twice.

But without any result.

Well, then I only see two things:

1. The settings are defect (although I never heard that this could have an impact on the display).
2. The hardware is defect (which is more likely)

Sorry, but no other ideas at the moment. Maybe one of the hardware freaks logging on to the board later have got an idea...

I also think that it is the hardware, however my dealer tested the tuner for 2 days, but he found no problem.

It is very strange.
