Topfield SBX 3500 HD remains at boot screen - how to refresh firmware

Hallo,
Is it possible to reload firmware in a TOPFIELD SBX 3500HD that hangs at boot screen?
Any hints for reactivating the box is welcome.

I saw a document in internet that list two set of files.

Can someone send me any fireware or a "EmptySettings.tfd" and a corresponding "upgrade.cfg".
