Wie soll das denn gehen???

Die zuletzt gezeigte (Teil-)Liste wieder einblenden - muss dann im RAM gespeichert worden sein. Gibt es beim Topf so etwas wie den Bildschirmspeicher beim PC, der das Menü-Overlay enthält? Falls ja, ist es entweder oft noch vorhanden, wenn Filer es wieder einblenden könnte oder Filer muss sich eine Kopie machen. Oder Filer speichert nur die Rohdaten, die für den Bildschirmaufbau nötig sind, im RAM zur späteren Nutzung.

Wärend der Einblendung stoppt das TAP nur. Daher sind keinerlei Eingaben möglich.

Wieso setzt Du kein Flag, dass jetzt diese Einblendung zu sehen ist, und gibst die Kontrolle wieder ab? In der Tastatur-Behandlungsroutine fragst Du dann zuerst das Flag ab und machst (bei nichtgesetzem Flag) das, was Du jetzt auch schon machst, bzw. reagierst (bei gesetztem Flag) auf eine Abbruch-Taste.

Have you been able to reproduce this problem, and more important any chance off a fix? Or do I need to find a new routine for trimming my recordings

This problem started me thinking of a possible new feature for Filer. I now use a macro to do the trimming maybe a trimming function can be build into Filer.

Say if you press the "Stop" button during playback you get the following options:

"Trim to start" - "Trim to end" - "Stop" - "Delete" (with Stop as default choice).

The biggest problem at moment:
I have not time
I have to work very long at moment to fix my time-account.
My employer deleted me many hours for going on a seminar

I had a short look at the problem last night but I could not reproduce it.
Can please someone else try to reproduce kantjers problem?

Not yet. Maybe a very long time later.
I think there is a TAP with this functions (ProgressKeyBar?).

I had a short look at the problem last night but I could not reproduce it.

If you can't reproduce it and it happens on my system almost 100% of the time it must be something on my system then

I have been playing with the Tap start order and that seems to improve things (I moved Filer up). I will do some more tests and let you know.

You should make one test with ONLY Filer. So you can see if it happens then, too.

das Anliegen von Homer in

kann ich nachvollziehen - "damals" gab es in der PC-Welt / VGA-Grafikkarten mit mehreren Seiten Bildschirmspeicher. Diese konnten wahlweise eingeblendet werden (hoffe, ich habe das noch richtig zusammengedacht :-) ).

Wenn über so etwas / Oder einen reine Rahmen-Grafik dort was hizubekommen wäre?

1 weiterer Gedanke: Der Original-Topf-"Filer" besitzt wahrscheinlich einen Rahmen, der im RAM fest verankert und deshalb schnell ist. Wäre es möglich /denkbar, diesen (also nur dessen Rahmen) von dort auszulesen und für (z.B.) den Filder zu nutzen ..... obwohl er natürlich in Sachen Design und Schönheit keinen Oskar aus seiner Verpackung reissen kann.

You should make one test with ONLY Filer. So you can see if it happens then, too.

This is driving me completely insane. Changing the Tap start order didn't solve the problem.

Running only Filer, no problems. Running Filer in combination with other Tap and the problem is back of and on. Its not clear with Tap combination is causing this problem. One time everything goes Ok for a couple of times and then all of a sudden with the same Taps running, no reboot, the problem is back again.

The only thing I noticed is that when letting a recording run until the end of the recording, sometimes Filer shows it afterwards as seen but most of the times it comes back as unseen (no progress information).

Any ideas where to look, before I

EDIT: I just spend a couple of hours testing and the only factor I found having any influence on this problem is the number of Tap's running. If I disable 3-4 Tap's its all working, also the progress information is set correctly. It doesn't make any difference with Tap's are disabled. Does this makes any sense as to where to look for a solution

I think I found the problem and it has nothing to do with Filer ops: ops:

Yesterday I had set option 14 to "ImproBox" and this morning I had an other freeze

I then realized hat the only other tap I changed recently was EPG Uploader from v3.8 to v3.10. After reverting back to v3.8 the problem is gone.

There's also a posting on the Australian board about the same problem, and users blaming PBK
