****** denies defective TF7700HDPVR

A couple of weeks ago my TF7700HDPVR began shutting down completely when put into stand by and I wrote Topfield Europe about this problem.
The time from when the receiver is put into stand by until it shuts down completely, the display turns black and the receiver becomes unresponsive, varies from instantly to hours, so I can't point to an excact time, when it shuts down completely.
this of course makes timer recordings impossible.
Mr. Michael Gerhard wrote me back that it could be a hardware failure and I should return it to ****** for service.

I did so last monday and although I live in Denmark, ****** received the receiver on the 13th of August.
On the 14the I got an E-Mail that my package was on it's way and I was happy, either the problem showed it self quickly or it was a simple problem.

I received my receiver today with the note "Test ok, No failure" (Test ok, Kein fehler) and I happily plugged it in but just 1½ hours into stand by, it shut down completely and I became very unhappy.
Mostly because I live in Denmark and returning goods to Germany is expensive but also, they must not have tested it in stand by, but only in operation.

I have now contacted Topfield Europe once more to ask them to take the receiver in for service, my faith in ****** is now non-existing.
