Bad reception driving me crazy

Hello everybody,
I have a TF2401CI+ for some years, always working well, with 3 Diseq 1.0 for 3 lines coming, 2 for the TF, HotBird, Astra and Atlantic Bird 5.0W, and 1 directly to TV.

For some weeks, ONLY on Atlantic Bird (AB), for Bis TV (french provider) and ONLY ON TUNER 1, I always have for a second the signal that goes to minima and then back to his normal quality (78 % signal level and 98 % quality) . It gaves poor pixellised images. Then, changing channel for i.e. RTS (HotBird) and then back to AB, it's ok, until the next time.

I have checked the LNB position for AB, changed the LNB, changed the cables, and finally changed the Diseq module. The problem is still there, but with a minor frequency. I'm becoming crazy, because I have no idea on what can give this and what can I do more that what I have done...

Hello,
I have found my problem: seems that the motherboard is defective.
I have switched my 2401CI+ for a 2401CI+ Eco that I have in backup. All is working fine.
But now I have another question: the motherboard of the 2401CI+ has been changed by Aixtema (Topfield service) in march-april 2016.
I would like to know if a warranty is applicable, less than 2 years?
If not, as it seems that the service is no more assured by Aixtema, is there a place where I can order a new motherboard?

Well, it might be the board, it might just be the tuner.

Anyway, getting support or replacements from Topfield is, as far as I know, impossible. Since their problems, insolvency, restructuring, etc, they never brought any news regarding the satellite receivers. They also closed the german branch (topfield-europe), the australian one (toppro) is closed again, too. So if you find anything, tell us Some users here (like twilight) might have a personal stash of some things.
If you want to repair anything by yourself, your best chance might be to hunt for some old defect receiver and look if it might have the replacement parts you need...

I don't think so. I guess the only way is to find a private source here in Europe.
