Kennst Du einen HD Twin PVR, der absolut fehlerfrei funktioniert?

Naja, wenn man die ersten Produkte einer neuen Serie kauft, kommt das auch bei Autos vor.
So ging es mir zum letzten Jahreswechsel mit meinem. Die erste Rückrufaktion hat nicht lange auf sich warten lassen.
Keiner wartet mehr bis ein Produkt wirklich ausgereift ist.
(Multimedia, PKW, ICE ...)

Aber wenn es um so banale Dinge wie Unterhaltungselektronik geht...
Man muss eben alles vergleichen und der SRP steht da nicht schlecht da.
Mein 3 Jahre alter TV hat eine Updatefunktion über USB. Rate mal wieviele Updates in diesem Zeitraum gekommen sind! Kleine Hilfe: Es sind etwas mehr als -1
und das Teil hätte wirklich mal eins nötig.

Ich bin zwar nicht gefragt, aber ich hatte mal so ein Auto, das mich tierisch nervte. Da wurde ständig nachgebessert und es funktionierte trotzdem nix richtig. Konsequenz: Verkauft, Hersteller gewechselt. Seitdem muss ich mich über so was überhaupt nicht mehr ärgern.
Übrigens stimmt das mit den neuen Autos so auch nicht mehr. Mein Auto war seinerzeit gerade mal ein Jahr auf dem Markt als ich es neu erwarb. Bis jetzt habe ich außer einem defekten Kofferaumöffner keinerlei Ausfälle oder Rückrufaktionen. Auch im Bekanntenkreis habe ich so was schon lange nicht mehr gehört.

Nun, genau deswegen habe ich noch keinen SRP gekauft. Abgesehen davon, dass der TMS schon sehr stabil läuft tut sich gefühlt seit einer Ewigkeit nichts. TF wäre gut beraten, Bugfixes flotter zu liefern. Das ist aber seit jeher ein Kritikpunkt und ich will auch keine neue Diskussion darüber lostreten.

mit 2 neuen HD Receivern haben die Koreaner jetzt ein kräftiges Lebenszeichen gegeben, also wächst meine Hoffnung, bald auch in den "Genuß" eines Updates zu kommen.
