Am Besten im Menü von SmartEPG nachschauen, welche Version installiert ist.
Aktuell ist 6.3
Sollte die letzte Version nicht installiert sein, dann bei TapToDate im Menü (Optionen) Beta-Versionen erlauben.

Danke für den Tipp, nützt aber nichts. Ich hatte SmartEPG Version 6.2c drauf. Nun habe ich die Beta drauf (6.3). Das Problem besteht weiterhin.

Habe INFplus (1.1a) wieder gelöscht.

Ich habe die gleiche Kombination: SmartEPG 6.3 und INFPlus 1.1a

Evtl. spielt die Startreihenfolge noch eine Rolle.
Bei mir startet SmartEPG vor INFplus.

@Blaubeere - You could try moving all TAPs from your AutoStart back into ProgramFiles and then adding 1 TAP at a time.

Does the problem exist with INFplus only?
Is there a particular combination of TAPs that causes this problem?
What setting do you have for "05 Verberge Aufnahmesymbole" in INFplus? "Nichts tun"?

I have do so and moved all TAPs (exclude INFplus) from AutoStart. I restart the SRP-2401CI+ and start a record.

With INFplus only in AutoStart there is no problem, INFplus works. Setting 05 is set to "Nichts tun".

Then I move SmartEPG_TMS into AutoStart und start it manually. The problem appears: if I press "i", the window from INFplus appears for 0.3 sekonds or so and then disappears.

I've find out the following: If I press "i", then "MENU" and then "EXIT", the window of INFplus appears. Also, if I press and hold "i" for three or four sekonds.

My guess is that you have enabled SmartEPG's clock. Try to deactivate it. I know that I’ve discussed this with DMC some time ago but also can’t remember the outcome. Maybe we’ve come to the conclusion that it’s not worth to waste any time on the clock feature.

Yes, a problem with the clock does sound familiar. I looked through my inbox and we have discussed a problem with WebControl-Config and the SE clock. As the same author is responsible for both INFplus and WebControl, it is natural to suspect a similar cause. Unfortunately, INFplus does not create the OSD from within main().

I did some testing: you have to have "30 Show Clock" enabled AND "18 Infobox" set to "SmartEPG" for the condition to occur.

Ah yes, TAP_Main() it was. But it still sounds like SE has the chance to clear the OSD after INFPlus has created the window and exits normal mode. Could it be that INFplus calls TAP_SystemProc() in between them? Whatever, ExitNormal needs to be called before the first Osd_Sync().

Yes, the clock causes the problem. After I disable the clock in Setting 30, the Problem disappears. Thank you (and Firebird) for this tip.

My wife and I find the clock useful. Do You want to fix this problem at the next release?

I was getting ready to release v1.1f as the next release because mini49 reminded me how long it has been since a release. This version still has the problem with the SE clock unfortunately.

I'm currently working on v1.2, but it could be some time before it is released.

• I have had a quick look at the clock problem, but I have not yet found where the problem is.

• On my FTA PVR, I get holes in the middle of the INFplus EPG sometimes. I have traced this to the fact that sometimes Australian broadcasters transmit overlapping EPG events that confuse INFplus. For example, a programme will finish at 20:30, but the next programme will start at 20:27. This caused INFplus to ignore the second programme. Yesterday (literally) I changed INFplus to detect this condition and compensate for it. This change is still in the alpha testing stage and not ready for release yet.

• I have also been asked in the Australian forum to add channel logos, so I am doing some research into that. INFplus will be able to show either SmartEPG or JPG logos depending upon what is loaded on the PVR.

Hi DMC,

I do not want to add more confusion as I`m also a favorite user of the SmartEPG clock and INF+.
I`ve tried to reproduce the problem of Blaubeere here and failed. With my versions (INF+ 1.1c and SmartEPG V6.3) the problem does not occur.

My start order with XStart is TMSArchive, SmartEPG and 6 seconds later INFplus

Yes, FireBird and I have discussed this privately and the order in which the TAPs are loaded is important for this problem to occur.

If you want to, you could actually perform a test and try to prove this by reversing the load order using XStart and see if the problem occurs for you. I understand if you don't want to.

After reversing the start sequence to first INFplus and then SmartEPG, I can now reproduce the problem of Blaubeere.

The interesting thing I discovered during my testing is, that with the sequence SmartEPG - INFplus, if I press info, I get the standard PVR info and not the INFplus info. Is this correct?

To get the INFplus info, I call TMSArchive first and press info then.
In TMSA the INFplus key is set to Info.

I think I have found it. After a lot of tracing and debugging, it looks like TAP_ExitNormal() needs to be called before the OSD region is created, or at least the first operation on the OSD region. In INFplus, this happens a long time before the first TAP_Osd_Sync().

I now need to strip out all of my debug code and see if it still works. After that, some regression testing to ensure that I have not broken anything else in the process.

I was considering making a new release of INFplus on TAPtoDate, but I changed my mind. Sorry about that.

Over the past few days, I have been working on a number of improvements that I want to have in the next official release:

• Add logo support.
• Fix issue with SmartEPG Clock.
• Fix to prevent overlapping EPG events from forming gaps.

The logos are shown, but the correlation to the channel is not always correct.

@Isarwolf, Thanks for testing and reporting the problem.

1. Are there any particular channels that are always wrong, or is it random?
2. TV channels or radio channels?
3. Recent recordings or recordings that you made a long time ago?
4. Is the logo displayed from a channel with a similar name?
5. Do you have any JPEG logo files on your PVR or only the SmartEPG logos?

I think that I may need to include some logging in the new logo code so that I can trace these kinds of problems.

Update: I have posted Beta4 on my web site. "Basic" logging will record which logo was selected, "Detailed" logging will provide more details about the JPEG search results.

I have installed Beta 4 and logging to detailed.
Then i have several radio recordings which will be recorded daily.
I see that the logos are always different but equal for a particular recording.
Besides from logos from SE i have the logos from Webcontrol
