How to convert bmp to qsl

How can I make these logo for SmartEPG. I can make .ibl and .qtl with IBL_Viewer but how to make those .qsl-files? When I make ibl/qtl logos they are showing in EPG but there is no logo in Timer list. Is that .qsl for Timer List?

Hi,
you need the version 2.0 of Happys iblviewer, than you will be able to convert bmp files to qsl. The size have to be 36*22 pixels.

To make QSL-Logos, you have to prepare first a Logo 36 x 22 bmp.
Then you can convert those bmp-files by use of IBL-Viewer ( I use 2.0 ) into QSL-Logos.
ibl = 50 x 30
qtl = 54 x 34
qsl = 36 x 22

I had that version 2.0 but it's readme-file told only this:
"Bitmaps of size 50x30 will be converted to *.ibl, bitmaps of size 54x34
will be converted to *.qtl, other sizes will be converted to *.tfp (Topfield picture)
"

Just rename .tfp to .qsl
The files have different extensions, but they all have the same format.
